         Dr. Elham Gharji is the Program Coordinator for the NSERC CREATE LEAP project and a Contract Instructor in the Department of Law and Legal Studies at Carleton University. He has worked internationally in various academic and policy research positions, and has taught subjects in International Affairs, Human Rights, and Central Asian studies. Working in the climate change space now, Elham is also pursing a research interest in international climate cooperation and policy.
