I hold a Masters’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Peoples’ Friendship University of Moscow. After graduating in 1995, I worked in Siberia for two years, where he developed a deep appreciation for its unique landscape and gained an initial understanding of permafrost and the adverse effects of climate change on these fragile environments.
I joined the LEAP program for an opportunity to expand my knowledge, strengthen my understanding of permafrost related challenges, and apply what I learn to practical projects in and around the Sahtu Region.
I am a registered professional engineer with APEGA and work with GNWT as a Regional Manager Municipal and Community Affairs ( Sahtu Region), looking for 5 communities.
