LEAP is accepting applications from Northern-based additional trainees to join the 2025-2026 LEAP Online Training program in permafrost thaw and Northern research. Each year, LEAP accepts up to 10 additional trainees from among northern institutions, research centers, local community organizations, and other Northern-based professional entities who will join the program alongside graduate students.
Applications for additional trainee positions in the LEAP 2025-2026 program year are now open until August 31, 2025.
